Threads is new, just launching yesterday. It appears to have real potential (even as a ‘Twitter-disrupter’). Still, some immediate updates are needed:
1. Sorting the feed by date/most recent.
2. Seeing only (or at least primarily) those we follow. I appreciate the program is new and algorithms will learn, but including people whose feed/description match keywords related to us should be relegated to a ‘Suggested for You’ list.
3. Lists. This is an exceptionally handy Twitter function. Adding people to a custom Thread list will be very nice. It will also help others follow our (non-private) lists.
Those are what immediately catch my eye. While we can go much deeper in the rabbit hole, addressing these initial items will do…for now.
